Bulletin 1 and 2 (minor change)

Following our rules, any changes to Bulletin 1 (published earlier) on this website (https://www.fai.org/sites/default/files/event/importer/11995-b1_0.pdf) have to be published no later than 10th March.
The Organiser, FAI Controller and IPC 1st Vice President made the following changes to the programme of events:
