Colombia wins big at Pan-American PG

A successful Pan Americans Paragliding Championship is over. Bola Loma, Argentina, was a good place for the competition. The 5 valid tasks, averaging 64 km, were challenging and safe for the pilots.

The last day changed the winning positions a bit as some of the top pilots did not make goal. Unfortunately there were very few women competing so it was not a valid event for declaring a women Champion. The results of this successful Pan Americans Paragliding Championship:

Individual

  1. Bernando Medina Sastre (COL)
  2. Michel Guillemot (ARG)
  3. Ricardo Andres Gomez Arryoave (COL)

Team

  1. Colombia
  2. Argentina
  3. USA

The order of Women in this championship:

  1. Andrea Jaramillo (COL)
  2. Joanna Di Grigoli (VEN)
  3. Shauin Kao (ARG)
