FAI JUDGE RATING COURSES AND RE-EVALUATION

In response to the substantial demand for FAI Judge Training, the ISC Judges Committee has been hard at work preparing FAI Judge Training Courses and Re-Evaluations for the 2023 season.   The following courses will be available this year:

Canopy Piloting and Canopy Piloting Freestyle

Two FAI Judges Training Courses and Evaluations will be held this year.   

The first will be held during Meet #3 of the Florida Canopy Piloting Association at Skydive Paraclete XP in Raeford, North Carolina, USA from May 10-15, 2023.   The deadline for registration is April 7, 2023 and the cost is $300 USD.   The Chief of Judge Training is Marylou Laughlin.

The second course will be held during the PINK Open Competition in Klatovy, Czech Republic from August 8-13, 2023.  The deadline for registration is August 7, 2023 and the cost is 100€ for the Judge Seminar and 30€ for the Re-Evaluation.  The Chief of Judge Training is Bjorn Korth with the assistance of Silvia Wagner and Nina Engel.

Style and Accuracy Landing

An FAI Judges Training Course and Evaluation will be held during the 10th FAI European Style and Accuracy Landing Championships in Ravenna, Italy from July 1-5, 2023.   The deadline for registration is June 1st, 2023 and the cost is 350€.  The Chief of Judge Training is Guenter Berendt.

Wingsuit Flying Evaluation

A Wingsuit Flying Evaluation will be held during the 4th FAI World Cup of Wingsuit Flying in Prostejov, Czech Republic from August 19-26.   The deadline for registration is July 1st, 2023 and there is no charge for the evaluation.   The Chief of Judge Training is Mike Pennock.

Speed Skydiving Evaluation

A Speed Skydiving Evaluation will be held during the 5th FAI World Cup of Speed Skydiving in Prostejov, Czech Republic from August 19-26.  The deadline for registration is July 1st, 2023 and there will be no charge for the evaluation.  The Chief of Judge Training is Bert Ham.

Canopy Formation

An FAI Judges Training Course and Evaluation will be held in a classroom setting at Paraclete Indoor Skydiving in Raeford, North Carolina, USA from September 8-12, 2023.  The deadline for registration is June 30th, 2023 and the cost if 450€.  The Chief of Judge Training is Tash Higman.
