Day 4: 28 August 2014

The relief was palpable as the first of the three Turbolet aircraft took off a little after 07.00hrs, with the other two not far behind. The 4-Way Open and Female teams are now on Round 2, with Freefly being manifested right now. The weather forecast has been exceptionally accurate so far and now we anticipate at least 2 days of blue skies and sunshine.  Brian Burke, the assistant to the Meet Director, is cautious about whether there'll be enough flying hours left in the week to get all rounds completed, but they'll certainly be packing them in as fast as possible.
