 - There is no minimum legal requirement in Korea.

 - None.

Is your NAC prepared to provide special insurance coverage for guest pilots who do not comply with your national law?

 - Yes, You can get insurance coverage by joining a short-term FKA(Federation of Korea Aeronautics) membership.
